Spot worked with Ridley Scott Associates on this thoughtful film for pharmaceutical company Lilly. Designed around the idea that everything is connected, the piece follows a cascade of CGI dominoes falling through real filmed environments — a simple but powerful metaphor for the way spondyloarthritis affects every aspect of a patient’s life. Spot built and composited the domino simulation throughout, ensuring the CGI felt grounded and physically convincing within the live-action setting.
